Take things easy and don't ego lift. Lifting is a life-long journey, there's no rush.

Ego lift and you will eventually get an injury that keeps you away from the gym.

You should be at your natty peak by 30 and lifting twice a week tops maintaining.
Since it takes around 5 years to get to natty peak with ideal training conditions (you not jerking off instead of working out regularly), 25 is the latest time when you can still salvage your looks.
This applies to your career as well - if, by 30, you aren't on a good career path, you're most likely will be a wagie for the rest of your life.
