>people have different bodies and genetics that dictate their muscle growth, recovery, adaptation etc etc>one size fits all gym routine program for allHow dumb do you need to be?
Yeah well fuck them coach bro. I contacted one earlier this month to ask him to make me a routine depending on my genetic. He wanted to sell his complete formula with a followup on 6 month, a diet and calls for a price I wasn't ready to hear. I only wanted the damn routine.
>>75478736>my ignorance comes from laziness and being poorOh then its okay, good for you
>>75478726this so much this im a unique snowflake and i NEED a special routine for my self otherwise i would simply see no gains!
>>75478743and since I CANT get my special made custom fitness routine I simply WONT go to the gym because there is NO POINT
>>75478726>How dumb do you need to be?to not be able to figure out your own routine? idk
>>75478743>>75478749Or you should try different routines to see what works for you?And stop projecting
>>75478753this... so much this.... everybody knows on fit that we all follow just one routine, everybody here does one thing only!!!!!!!!! if you're not doing it you're not cool...
>>75478755Stop being so butthurt man
>>75478726For 'aesthetics' you literally have to just consistently fatigue your muscles and increase the weight over time. Routine autism is.. well autistic.
>>75478795>For 'aesthetics' you literally have to just consistently fatigue your muscles and increase the weight over time.Says who
>>75478726That's why you start with a program and change lifts to fit your preferences. There's no need to autistically stay on something that isn't working
>>75478797himare you stupid
>>75478916Him who?
>>75478726I just lift weights and does what feels natural. It just seems to be the perfect workout routine unironically. If a certain movement starts to feel absurd and draining, I just stop focusing.I eventually just reached 190lbs for 12% body fat and stopped caring after that. You only lose 1-3% of your mass a month and that's with no activation, even minimal activation pretty much drops it to no muscle mass loss. I just don't get the whole routine thing man. Sure I could of been stronger, but I got shit to do outside of the gym. Once I started getting into the two hour workout range it was just a bit absurd for me. 35 currently and just workout each muscle group once a week.
>>75478797It's basic knowledge anyone can understand after they've trained for a bit. Are you so mentally damaged that you need everything fed to you and can't come to any realisations yourself?
