Looks good, but I'd just do larsen bench (no spoto). For the second lifts instead of 5x5 or 3x5, I think you'd benefit more from 4x8-12. And swap Thursday's pendlay rows for high bar squats. you'll fry for back if you squat, then pendlay and then bb row.
The only major things that's lacking in your program is quad work, so you should do the highbar atg, or even better, do front squats. Heck, you could even do those with plates under your heels and it'd be so much better.

I think abs, specifically the lower half, below the bellybutton. After the gym, it feels like a general soreness in the area like I've been punched, hence the queasy vomiting feeling. Then the next day, all of my abs are so sore I can barely do shit like bend my torso to stand up / sit down and other stuff so I have to take a day off. Doesn't feel like it's deeper than muscle. But like, it's been weeks. I initially thought it'd go away over time because I was so out of shape but it hasn't, so I don't know what to think now. Is this much abdominal muscle involvement normal? I don't think I'm overclenching or anything and I think I only do the bare minimum to maintain posture, which is why I'm confused why it matters so much.

cope desu, don't use clips on the bar and learn to roll the bar off of you. i've rolled the bar off of myself dozens of times. mentally this is blocking you, but it's not an issue in reality, it's less than 200lbs, you should be able to DL that off of your hips. Not trying to be an asshole, just being real anon. if there's literally no one else in the gym i guess it's one thing, but it's cope otherwise.

i feel that, but it's also cope - i hit 2pl8 for the first time on a nice sticky wide comp bench at a PL gym, and then the next time i benched I hit it again, albeit with more difficulty, on my commercial gyms shitty ass slippery thin benches. A cursory glance shows that German volume Training is for isolation movements, not for compound movements. Which is why it's not common for powerlifters. None of you fat fucks have the stamina for it. Claiming GVT exists doesn't imply you do it, and especially so for deadlifts. Not one of you has ever training 10x10 for deadlifts, and I know that for a fact. Try it. I'm serious. A mere 35%. Feel free to rest for up to five minutes. You can't do it.

I primarily train anaerobic. My lifts are well known here. However I do not neglect aerobics. I do occasional stair sprints, spontaneous Murph challenges, running and more. It is a myth that one must be hyper specialized in one lifting style. This only occurs if you spend years cheating at a lift, honing the skill to maximize leverages and minimize range of motion instead of lifting the weight. If you engage in minimum cheating, ideally zero, then you will excel in both anaerobic and aerobic. 3.5x is my deadlift btw. I don't train incline bench. I don't like how it feels. Instead I supplement my bench with dips, pushups and cable flies. I don't do weighted dips or pushups, only slower, more controlled, more explosive paused dips and pushups up to sets of 10. Of if I'm doing a Murph challenge I'll do sets of 50 pushups.

Anyways, make sure the bar path is vertical. You look like you're pulling towards your body a bit too much; you're pulling too diagonal. Little bit of back rounding going on, keep your chest up to prevent this.
Honestly the stronglifts guide is really good for barbell rows. Best to simply follow that.

Do you see the horizontal bar movement? It should be straight. Do you see your hips rise and your shoulders move further forward? That's because the position you initiate the pull with is suboptimal. Just doing the same thing with the bar actually midfoot should fix it. You also need to hinge better on the way down, but maybe that also happens automatically once you realize that your back angle should be different.

There's no need to do it "strict," or without hip movement. You want to use some hip (up to 15° difference from start position) to move the weight from a dead stop. Your upper back does most of the work the rest of the way. This lets you lift heavier weights.

Sorry, I skimmed over your post the first time. IDK about the posterior chain, but your coach is probably right as far as reps go. High reps can be good with pendlay rows and they don't fatigue you as much since you're lifting lighter. Also your upper back will recover faster.

I have little awards from PL comps that feel hollow, wins in boxing that feel hollow, I want to LOSE something and fucking feel good when I finally EARN a win. Wrestling in school was great, I sucked and ended up doing great senior year at state. The losses and being shitty made the winning feel incredible. Haven't found a good physical sport since.
