When you do pic related, is there such a thing as the resting leg being too highly elevated? I've used my bed all this time and I've realized for each day, my ROM on the resting leg decreases. Now, I can no longer finish more than 2 reps before my RESTING quad gives in, the stretch is simply too much.Is this a normal problem? Can using kitchen chairs be a good alternative? Or is toilet boil height good? I wouldn't mind doing them in the toilet as I need to do them for rehab
>>75524628just imagined myself sitting on my knees behind her, pressing my nose into her ass crack (with her consent)
You already analyzed the problem. Try a chair or anything else bench height.
>>75524629Yep this
>>75524628Sorta but not really. The posistion of the leading foot is of prime importance. The back shouldn't be so high the knee can't go the floor or the front leg can't get to parallel but beyond that it's mostly normal. I'd try just doing less frequently and doing an unweighted warmup set or two first.
>>75524635Is my analysis good? I don't know fitness well. I know the terminology but never did it seriously
I find my resting leg doing more work then I’d like. But only with my right leg
>>75524639I can't do unweighted anymore. My resting quad gave in after 2 reps without weights. The stretch is just unbearable. I was thinking maybe the hamstrings are weak? But it seems like such a weird problem to have, and it doesn't feel good to stretch it.Maybe quad is weak? But then the bulgarian should help? But I can't even do it.
>>75524638based and feembrap pilled
>>75524650If your bench has the stirrup kind of things for your shins try doing it from there. But yeah hamstrings could affect it but it probably wouldn't get so bad so fast.
>>75524628First and foremost, she should shit in my mouth.Second, OP, yes, there is such a thing as too high. Depending on your bed's height, you could be pushing your quad to your limit and forcing a pelvic tilt. Your leg should simply rest, it should not do any work at all.
>>75524662This is kind of how high it is
>>75524677Maybe a little lower
>>75524677Post picture of what it looks like. That looks way too high. Look at the pic in your op, the bench barely reaches her calf. You're talking a hip height bed? With weights, you're definitely putting stress to stretch your quad.
