What did you lift today ? Post it here.For me, back to day 1 of the ULU LU split. I should have used for weight for preacher curls, they are progressing much faster than I thought. I went from 12 reps to 20 in like a month, probably from noob gains. Bench on the other and is taking me forever to add a single rep.
