Yeah, 20kg isn't that much, but my gym didn't had the equipment to do it with more than that, but I'm sure that I could go way beyond it since it didn't made that much of a difference. I wasn't nowhere close to that pic though.

>>76779069I think they are the bread and butter exercise for lats but like with most muscles they can also benefit from isolation. Once you hit failure on pull-ups the lats can still take a lot more.

>>76778462Well I don't think he did 250 reps in a single set. I used to do around 100 reps in total including sets weight attached to my body. It still is way less than he did, but after some point, the additional gains are minimal if any.
