Count calories, all of them.
Eat about 500-1000 less calories than your TDEE.
Buy scales, be accurate.
Learn to cook. Try to stick to lean protein and green vegetables.
Eat a lot of protein. 1g per lb of goal lean body mass.
Doing cardio, even just walking, will improve your health. There is no such thing as a healthy fat heart, but you can offset the risks.
Lifting weights will keep and gain muscle mass and burn fat much quicker. No lifting results in the body burning away muscle AND fat.
Drink more water.

That's why extreme fasts don't work. What the other guy said. If you have a habbit of cheating, stop immediately. If you want to eat something that totally goes against your goals, plan it ahead by a week, and let it be small. No 35" pizzas etc., something from the children menu. It's there to add to what you usually eat, not replace it. You need to get to that mindset, it's what's up next when you start going into beast mode like me.

You can throw in a veggie soup as a side dish to replace the fresh veggies from time to time. I posted a good minestrone recipe in the last thread with tips how to reduce cooking fat intake (which might add up to 15% hidden calories).

You could add more cardio, and if possible do it in the morning before breaking fast. If you do about an hour with a good heart rate it can burn up to 75% of needed energy as fat. If possible, you can alternate between cycling and walking to give your circulation and legs stimulus. Once legs start densing they'll be the main driver for passive fat loss.

Day 10 of exercising twice a day. Did my 3 minutes of crawling around, 45 minutes max incline treadmill, had my 6 eggs and an apple for brekkie. Last night was cardio because I'd already done a high volume lifting sesh on Monday and a heavy weight low rep Tues. Tonight's going to be another high volume lifting session. Feeling good. I had thousands of hours of things to learn for the first time and it took my mind off my bad habits and allowed me to focus on something worthwhile instead. I really need to find something new to work on but I can't think of something to pursue that hasn't already had its initial autist binge mania exhausted.

Nah he's a neglectful retard. If he actually gave a fuck about his family he'd support me by not dangling tempting food in front of me constantly. He'd also not throw away so much food (he does this constantly and denies it when I call him out) especially because we aren't anywhere near well off.
