I get compliments on my big thighs. Have you tried not being ugly?

Stretch or skinny-fit or even tapered are not necessarily "well-fitting"

nah i think hes an absolute retard, but i feel like training my legs twice a week has made my body quite unproportionate

yeah that's shooped , u can tell by the nips that look almost normal - he had disastrous gyno removal and his nips resemble 2 slices of melting pepperoni wandering away somewhere :D

just don't train them for a while then, and then reintroduce leg day at 1x per week.
I never attained these weird proportions even when I trained legs twice per week.

legs is not synonymous to squat bot and assortment of squat-like motions - hip hinges of all sorts

> i can't discern what's really going on with my body
stop playing retard bot :D u know all about it

these isometric holds are my leg workout now:

gastrocnemius:

VMO - unilateral quartersquat with full internal hip rotation engaged entire time isometric hold, keep rotating pelvis onto working leg entire time
gluten maxen? this:
yes drop pelvis DOWN as the negress says:

with a powerband, and reach back and feel it up - yes feel up your arse and check real time which is flexing - medius or max, everybody wants glute max, no, there are no exceptions
>>
>>76818662
Lol no, terrible advice. Isometric holds don't build muscle as well as dynamic movements, eccentric and concentric phases create tension at varying muscle lengths. The lengthening phase under load is particularly potent for hypertrophy, isometrics lack this.

If you want to develop big glutes then hip thrust is practically unmatched. If you don't want "clown legs" then you shouldn't squat/lunge/press too often and it's that simple.

>Isometric holds don't build muscle as well as dynamic movements
assertion bot - not an argument :D
very particular isometric holds bot - no i am not talking about mimicking "lifting" ever right?
>dynamic movements, eccentric and concentric phases create tension at varying muscle lengths
no bot - in different muscles bot - this works for milisecond then that works for a millisecond then another thing chimes in, and all u get from it is sore tendons and joints and injured muscles, yes i believe this is what happens in actual lifting - your time under tension on muscle belly is effectively zero, no - the TuT "system" or "method" is just some schmucks naming their paced reps thing with a catchy phrase that doesn't apply to their thing in the slightest

>The lengthening phase under load is particularly potent for hypertrophy, isometrics lack this.
again - mere assertion
>there's a study
it's bullshit
>no it's not look
ok show me the study, no not abstract - the study bot, i will read it and tell u how fucking bad it is :D
i will even tell u what i predict - the "leghtening" portion or whatever is just isometric hold of sort - and that's what they have stumbled upon and misinterpreted it :D
>>76818750
>If you want to develop big glutes then hip thrust is practically unmatched
big glutes is not what i'm looking for bot, i'm looking for glute max only, my medius is PLENTY already

tell me bot why the fuck are you so allergic to differentiating between glute max and medius? hip thrusts grow medius and ATROPHY YES ATROPHY glute max cause u become moar externally rotated, walk differently stand differently

> assertion bot - not an argument :D
that's what you do in every post lol, you have zero evidence for any of your claims, on the other hand nobody has successfully proven that you can grow big muscles with only isometrics, but we know that moving a load through a range of motion does build muscle effectively because that's what everyone does.
Where's your study that shows isometrics are all you need?
> no bot - in different muscles bot - this works for milisecond then that works for a millisecond then another thing chimes in, and all u get from it is sore tendons and joints and injured muscles, yes i believe this is what happens in actual lifting - your time under tension on muscle belly is effectively zero,
which is demonstrably nonsense because there's a body of anecdotal evidence showing that it builds muscle
> ok show me the study, no not abstract - the study bot, i will read it and tell u how fucking bad it is :D
I have absolutely zero faith in your ability to comprehend a study. You struggle to type a coherent sentence. If a flat-earther told me to show them a study for them to analyse, it would be just as worthless.

The source is gone but you can find it on the internet archive. I'm going to place my faith in a group of scientists with phds over some polish schizo that doesn't take his medication on 4chan.
