I drink this shit every day as an alternative to normal diet coke. What are the potential health problems? Is there something else I could drink instead?

If it's from grass fed cows go for the whole milk. If it's the cheap mass produced stuff for for skim or 1%. Grain fed dairy fat has negative long term health outcomes but when you have the milk without it you get increases in everything from longevity to muscle recovery. Grass fed dairy fat on the other hand is really good for you. I only buy butter that came from grass fed cows now after diving into the research that's available

Yeah I'm a ketotard. I eat sixteen sausage patties and some cheese every day plus the occasional apple which I guess has carbs but whatever. I read somewhere you can get away with more carbs if you exercise every day (which I do) so maybe I'll be ok.
