What does /fit/ think of Pavel Tsatsouline? Is he just marketing and big talk? Are his books any good?I know he has a book "Super Joints" which might help the glassback assebly here (haven't read).

>>76822225I'm a Pavel scholar. His earliest books are the best. Super Joints is great. The problem some people have with his earlier stuff is he usually doesnt give a specific program, but more principles on how to design a program.
His books are fucking retarded. 10% actual training stuff 90% retarded anecdotes and Soviet larp. Naked warrior and power to the people are the worst fitness books I have read. Probably the ghost writer of convict conditioning, which is also a bunch of larp retardation and barley good information.
