What's /fit/'s verdict?>oh it only triggers for those predisposed to it already! Why the fuck would you choose to go bald years earlier? >le no studies linking hair lossAbsence of evidence != evidence of absence
>>76822446>Absence of evidence != evidence of absenceEven so, I’m not gonna start believing something for literally no reason other than a few anecdotes on 4chan.
>>76822453It's not just a few anecdotes and it's always been a thing since bodybuilding forums
>mfw I suspect the same schizo is posting the creatine hairless and the hemorrhoid thread every single day
>>76822457I’m sure there are many anecdotes out there. It’s still not very convincing. Seems just as likely guys are just going bald and coincidentally taking creatine. I’m just saying I’d need to see some real proof to actually believe in the causation.
>>76822446>Why the fuck would you choose to go bald years earlier?I was already beyond the point of no return. I started taking creatine because less hair would actually look better than maintaining what I have now.
if you work out your testosterone increases, the hormone is converted into DHT that binds to hair follicles and causes them to shrink aka androgenic alopecia, or male pattern baldness. also stress can lead to hair loss. stress hormones like cortisol can disrupt hair follicle stem cells, pushing them into a resting phase and halting regeneration, leading to shedding (telogen effluvium). there is no link between creatine and hair loss, lots of other outside factors will have a stronger impact into hair loss. more specifically, if you are genetically prone to male pattern baldness (i.e. its in your family), you will be bald likely.
>>76822466unironically this, ive been thinning and window peaking since my early 20s, who cares at this point
dont worry brazas I took before pictures and just started creatine we will know in 6 months if I go bald.
Why do men always cry about being bald like they're not the only sex that is socially allowed to be bald?
https://youtu.be/buwBs8zpGHY?si=YN2FA5PCqIRePHPjwatch this. Disregard any coping roidtranny/gymcel claiming that “it’s been deboooonked bro”. Creatine does accelerate hair loss provided that your follicles are sensitive to DHT. If you take finasteride you’re basically shielded from this effect
>>76822446I'll just leave this herehttps://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12020143/You idiots go bald because you were always going to go bald. Not because you took creatine.
