How do I go sleep for 8-7 hours?
Every time I try to sleep it's the same shit
>get to bed on time by 10PM
>eyes are also already heavy and can't keep open anymore
>sleep in half an hour
>wake up around 3 AM for no discernible reason
>ruin my sleep in an attempt to go back to sleep

I take magnesium pills too.

Dont take magnesium or any supps, they fuck you up. No food or drink 2h before sleep and that’s it
I also sleep from 10pm and wake up after 6;30

People will give you all kinds of cope methods, the only things that work are sedatives like antihistamines or benzo, or cognitive behavioral therapy

Once your circadian rhythm is fucked you need to force it back, it will never just ”automatically” fix itself
>>
Maybe try those baking soda trick and it could be sleep apnea dunno man. Keep your room giga dark and at low temp 21c. I read that melatonin helps you to go to sleep but wont keep you asleep, so thats out.
>>
Drink literally nothing with caffeine in it.
Get heavy blackout curtains and no screens or white/blue light sources after 8-9PM.

If you want to force the issue, start taking CJC-1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin just prior to lying down.

I have the same exact problem. Or had. After waking up at 3 a few times I headed outside for a run. Been doing it ever since. It's God telling you to be even more active.

get off dem caffein. and take enough magnesium (with calcium) extremely important to regulate normal nerve functionality

This, just take Benadryl for two nights in a row and be sure not to fall asleep during the day. You'll be back to normal after that

Magnesium Bisglycinate
Ashwaganda
before sleep

once you wake up go outside and face the sun with closed eyes so sun hits your eyes and gets in your pituitary gland and resets circadian rhytm

I can't sleep without listening to someone talking about something I have an autistic interest in, so I have a lot of shit downloaded to play on a loop.
Laying listening to some sperg talk about Doom monsters or guys playing /tg/ like heroquest or warhammer sends me right off

Another thing that could affect your sleep might be glycogen depletion in your liver apparently.Eat something to replenish your liver glycogen during the day or before sleeping or lower glycogen raping activities daytime.

Sleeping is your body’s basic function like eating, shitting, pissing and fucking.
If it cannot do it good you need to find the reason instead of chugging pills. Especially long term
>>
>>77280180
Take low dose melatonin
>but... but it's le bad for you!
So is not sleeping, melatonin at low doses isn't going to kill you and essentially helps the process of sleep without knocking you the fuck out.

>magnesium
After a while this shit just gave me insomnia. Try dropping it (taper off)
