What's a good fitness schedule to gradually build up your endurance from basically nothing? I'm planning to get a job after NEETing for a long time where I had an almost complete sedentary lifestyle. I get nauseous and nearly blackout every time I do something strenuous like lifting weights. I'm pretty lean and weigh around 75kg if that helps. The job I'm probably going to get will probably include a lot of heavy lifting for a extended length of time.

Good luck. I recommend starting with lots of walking and bodyweight exercises like unweighted squats, push-ups, and planks. The absolute most important thing is to build discipline and consistency, so any exercise that helps you do that is good. I find running very good for me and have been doing it for years, recently started lifting heavy and I love that too, but if you hate something it's going to be hard to stick with it. Focus on doing whatever you find the most enjoyable as you build the habit.

When you do start working, pay attention to form and ergonomics. It's very easy to hurt yourself working hard all day, especially when your body is getting used to it.

I genuinely mean it, good luck.

why? I skipped a gig for tommorow after a long time because i wanted to go lift on a fine Saturday after months and i already feel depressed for losing the day's wage. Thoughts?

start waking up at 6am.
once you do that everyday, the rest is kinda easy.

I applaud Frieren for creating a female character I like without wanting to fuck, that's no easy feat. Also a competent female character that's plausible given the fantasy world without being a girlboss.
