>>77280901Is a 60 minute walk after weights too much volume?
>>77280901I will say, people online always tell you to bench more frequently to build a bigger bench but for me it was benching less that got me from 2.5pl8 to 3pl8. 3x5 every goddamn Sunday. If I did ever stall, I'd miss 1 Sunday then come back the next one but stalling was rare, nearly every session I was able to add slightly more weight. im natty too. Doing it twice a week, like people always say to do, seems like too little time to adequately recover for a natural especially when you're actually pushing hard. so I've gotta say Mentzer is based
>>77280901This. Stop lifting so much, turn into a fat fucking pig, and then stop lifting entirely and say it was all part of the plan. Rationalize your laziness and mediocrity into a virtue. Also develop a resentment towards women and people who even semi-consistently get laid in the process.
>>77280901Mike, please, listen to reason and logic. If I drop this barbell I'll set off the Lunk Alarm...
>>77281300Just depends on your nervous system, but volumefags don't want to accept they don't have a nervous system geared for intensity because otherwise they see their own workouts as an insult: "I'm giving it my all!". They are, but not as efficiently as you.
>>77281475SET OFF THAT ALARM
>>77281042No
>>77281367Good, gynocracy warrior, keep simping.
