How do I fix my low T? I’m 23, lift 3-6 days a week, and typically get good sleep.
>>
>>77280903
try enclomiphene first before you start pinning, 12.5mg a day
>>
>>77280903
There's no cure. You'll be low-T for the rest of your life, lower every year. The only possible escape is death.
>>
>>77280903
i went from lower than you to double you easily and all i did was eat way more calories… obviously if you do this without lifting weights it will have the opposite effect, because you’ll get fat, but yeah. you could try a spoonful of honey per day too for the boron.
>>
>>77280903
You don't have low T. You literally posted a graph saying you don't have low T.
>>
>I lift up 6 times a week

Are you retarded?
>>
>>77280957
that just shows the average, which is now incredibly low. average used to be like 1200, which would now be considered “out of range” lol
>>
>>77280960
If you didn't believe the standard used by the blood test that you chose to take was relevant, you would not have chosen to take the blood test. You can't just make up arbitrary standards and numbers in your head once you don't like the outcome of actual scientific rigor.
>>
>>77280960
438 is fine, and you wouldn't notice a difference if it was double that.
>>
>>77280903
Test is just one variable of your HPG axis.
having higher test doesn't automatically mean you build more muscle.
Many studies show that doing TRT when you're in the normal range doesn't do shit.
>>
Your test is literally in the normal range.
I think you're just fishing for excuses to justify hopping on TRT or roids. Everyone and their mom says the same bullshit these days, about how average test levels are dropping due to nebulous "microplastics" (without mentioning that the average person is getting fatter lol) and how it's really just optimizing your body and how you totally keep all your gains once you come off and it'll just be one cycle and whatever. Seems like wildly successful astroturfing by TRT clinics who want guys to be permanently dependent on expensive regular treatments, imo.
I bet you're making gains and are pretty healthy overall, regardless of the fact that your T level is below the center point of the graph or whatever. It doesn't matter as much as you think.
>>
>>77280959
/fit/ is still living in 2019 where you need to lift 6 times a week to get to the fabled 20 sets per week per bodypart
>>
>>77280903
Go on TRT with a doctor.
>>
>>77280903
your test level is normal.
Find something else to blame your shitty life on.
I suggest starting with the loser in the mirror
>>
>>77280957
My T is just about at this level and I'm in my early 50s. The doctor that was reviewing my numbers asked if I was supplementing T because she said that number was high.

The problem with having higher T, like closer to the high range is it leaves you susceptible to various forms of cancer, like prostate and testicular cancer.

The question is does OP have energy, libido and does he get good sleep? If so then that's a sign the T level is good for him. The range is pretty broad because this is one of those measurements that is pretty wildly different for everyone.
>>
>>77280960
>average used to be like 1200
No lol
The average range was always 300-1000
Then the testing methods improved (no more cross reactivity when using a better assay), and the numbers were overshot; the range is now around 238-950 (although everyone picks a slightly different cutoff).
Within the normal range, there is 0 dose-response relationship with "increasing testosterone". Lifters at 350 and lifters at 900 have the same increase in strength and muscle mass; no different in ability. Increasing a persons test from 350-900, for example, also conveys 0 difference in any symptom or ability.
Only at supernormal level (far above normal range) does a dose-response relationship start up and you get the roid-body.
Test has decreased in the population on average because of obesity. Visceral fat and lack of sleep are the top 2 factors in decreased testosterone in an individual. Obesity in the population goes up, testosterone goes down. That's basically it. Control for visceral fat, testosterone decrease disappears.
Fun fact: The average testosterone in men has gone UP in the past 10 years.
Finally, Testosterone is a biomarker, not causal. Many people think low testosterone is causal to a great many things, from anxiety, brain fog, etc etc. There have been a great many studies, and the ONLY symptoms of actual low testosterone (below 230 or so) is 1) decreased boners in the AM, 2) sexual desire. Basically, that's it. No association with any other symptom.
Snake Oil salesmen peddle "low test" to take your money. It's the new "you only use 10% of your brain!" combined with "low fat is good for you!" all in one. I can't wait for it to die.
>>
>>77280903
It's within range?
>>
>>77280903
> Normal range: 250 - 1,100
In what other field is a deviation this large considered "normal"
>>
>>77281446
250 - 1,100 ng/dL
>1000 is big number, vewy scawy, vewy big, not normal
0.25-1.1 ug/dL
>thanks, so much less scary :3
That's how much of an idiot you sound like right now
>>
i got prescribed trt because my morning peak was 200-400, now its like 600-800 and nothing in the gym changed. the benefits outside the gym are the real goal when increasing test.
of course if i started shooting the whole vial in my veins it might be a different story, but it already claims enough of my hair each week as it is
so stop chasing the almighty 1200 bullshit number (because i was there when i started and it felt like fucking shit), your test isnt a problem unless youre unable to keep it up or nut, have chronically low energy, stop wanting to fuck women etc because those are the only actual differences you will feel
>>
>>77280903
Spend more time outside in the sun without sunscreen. Supplement iodine. Supplement magnesium. Supplement zinc. Eat more animal fat.
>>
>>77280960

it was absolutely not

that's also retarded, you don't need to personally believe some lab's designated reference range is optimal just to have a metric measured

Good thing that's not that "lab's designated reference range", You just totally made that up. That's *the* reference range. You can't go to a doctor and say test my testosterone to see whether it's high or low if you don't believe the reference range is valid.

This is your logic

>Good thing that's not that "lab's designated reference range"
uh, yes it is, dumbass.
>You just totally made that up. That's *the* reference range.
you have no idea what you're talking about. i literally have been personally responsible for making sure clinical trials' EDCs respect individual hospitals' accepted reference ranges because they vary site-to-site. like, to the point where nurses at hospital X would complain because Y metric was 'incorrectly' labeled abnormal because we were using hospital Z's ranges.

an extremely cursory google search on your part could have prevented you from looking like a dumbass here.

>You can't go to a doctor and say test my testosterone to see whether it's high or low if you don't believe the reference range is valid.
you literally CAN do this, please explain what would possibly prevent you from doing so you fucking mong

Yeah, I'm not going to read your giant wall of text. You posted here because you wanted bias confirmation from other random people on an anime website to say you should take TRT. Your testosterone is not low. That's the end of it. I'm not going to argue with you.

Testosterone levels are the biggest shitskin cope. They mean nothing. It's all about your androgen receptors.
>>
>>77280903
lifting lowers test especially if you're fat because of stress
having sex with many different women and playing sports with friends (competing friendly). increases test (no, league of legends is not a sport)

Any physiological issues? Depression, chronic stress, anxiety. Mental issues can suppress test if its bad or chronic.
