My fucking shoulders hurt a lot, should I train shoulders today or have some rest?

Do not strain yourself at all or it will get worse until it's at the point where you will do serious damage.Take collagen and vitamin c for your tendons to heal.
>>77280927Is the shoulder pain normal muscle soreness, or does it feel like an overuse injury to something like your rotator cuff? If it's the latter, you should probably look into solutions for that. You don't want to make it worse and deal with chronic shoulder pain.
