My fucking shoulders hurt a lot, should I train shoulders today or have some rest?

If everything else is freshly trained, then rest.
It took me a few years to learn to listen to my body and not overtrain my shoulders.

Thank you sir Pedro

it depends on how old you are, if youre over 30 you should rest, if youre under 30 you can ignore everything your body tells you, you are invincible, you will live forever, there will never be consequences to your actions

Maybe some light rehab? You could do Persian club movements with baby weights, such as the lightest kettlebells you have in your gym. I like it a lot.

I'm going to give it to you gay, anon.
You need to put heat on the shoulder

Do 50% load, or the maximum possible load where there are no sharp pains/tendon pains. Do not strain yourself at all or it will get worse until it's at the point where you will do serious damage.

Take collagen and vitamin c for your tendons to heal.

Is the shoulder pain normal muscle soreness, or does it feel like an overuse injury to something like your rotator cuff? If it's the latter, you should probably look into solutions for that. You don't want to make it worse and deal with chronic shoulder pain.

Train rear delt and rhomboid.
Facepulls
Urlacher rows
Reverse fly
Put as much specificity into your back and scaps as you put into your chest and you'll probably never have shoulder issues.

No problem anon

Lower the weight by 10 lbs and try again. Pain is a warning sign. Don’t overdo it.
