How do you actually break thru the plateau after lifting past 3-4 year mark? It feels like nothing happens now, my lifts don't go up anymore and my muscles don't get any bigger.
I remember my first year I was able to see changes every month, now it feels like a slog.

I try to, but I started lifting at 25, am 28 now, everytime I try to push too hard with higher volume and higher weight my oldman tendons start hurting which sucks and I'm scared of snapping my shit up but I've been upping the volume lately after I took a 1 month break because my elbow had some annoying epicondylitis.
