i failed my workout. had to go back to previous weight for every exercise. ill always be a skinnyfat little chudling.

This is actually super useful advice of you can internalize it, OP. I beat my self up for years if I had to go down in weight or failed to hit a goal, etc. What you have to realize is there isn't an end to what you're doing, it's a journey with ups and downs and setbacks and leaps forward. You're going to have bad days and you're going to have great days. You had to go down in weight today, so fucking what? You still cared enough to show up and put in the effort, that's more than most people can say. You win today, you'll win tomorrow, and in 5 years you'll never even remember this day happened. You're going to make it, brah

That's entirely normal once you get to a certain point. You can't add 5-10 lbs to every lift every week forever. Most intermediate and up programs have a sort of wave like pattern where they have heavy days and light days and progress days and light days, because your body needs it.
