Anyway, I’ve had roughly the same body since I was in my early 20’s, about 15 years now. I’ve gone up in weight, down in weight, lost muscle, gained muscle, done all the fit fad diets and routines over the years. And yes, 3iu of hgh for the last 6 months. Make of it whatever you want, but I’m honest.I’m not saying everyone can achieve this either, I was pretty much gifted this physique naturally, I have trained and eaten right… but the baseline and genetics and height have helped me a lot.
