saw this yesterday but I'm posting it now for the two other people who care on this board, it looks like /ourguy/ didn't think his site was underground enough and is now requiring you to rsync with it directly to get updates (pretty fucking stupid considering I just read his git commits anyway to see what changes he's made). I struggle to understand why he feels the need to do this bullshit other than to make himself more 'me sekrit club' for the sake of it, its like a really cringe lrs version of that invite-only community sizeofcat started recently. I was going to email him to ask about some shit but I can't be assed at this point with all of this bullshit, and I've decided to go through with me idea of a less retarded wiki fork without his constant bitching and attempts at being 'edgy' with more actual substance to the useful articles on shit like computer graphics and PLT. does anyone else even give a shit about this guy at all? if he wasn't so willing to die on a hill on dumb bullshit like 'pedophobia', people would actually look at his software projects and his (objectively good) technical ideas would actually spread.
