I would move it to top or bottom using as little vertical space as possible(single line). There is nothing displayed that would require it to be so fat and being on the right triple fat it looks silly and wasteful alongside your compact window decorations. I wouls also get rid of your rounded corners everywhere you have them.

well it is adjustable but the way you set it up is completely retarded compared to normal kde, first you gotta go to the control panel, then desktop -> panel (i have my shit entirely in ukrainian so take my words with a grain of salt), then you'll find size settings, however the margins on the taskbar are literally non-existent so you gotta go to appearance of the same panel page and find extra settings and then turn on the panel resize handle or whatever is it called in your language, on top of that by default the tray icons are retarded too so you gotta go to appearance and themes -> icons and then go to the extras tab and find system tray icons there and set to 16 pixels

the tiling in tiling WMs works by having different *layouts* you can switch between, usually with a keybind. the windows will then line up in the format of the layout currently in use. look in your config file, im sure there is a default keybind to switch layout

Ultimately, it is your system and your decisions are the best. I can only tell you what I think looks off/weird or how I would change it. Compared to this screenshot, the 3 row is much nicer. It is a 9/10 excluding the verical bar, I just never could get into that, and I have tried. Love the colors, btw.
