Steam DeckSteam ControllerSteam MachineSteam FrameALL ARE STEAM OS READY
if the steamcube is less than $500, ill check it out. controller a huge maybe.
>>107186064none, im not a mark
>>107186064>zen 4>RDNA 3>early 2026kill all valvefags.
yeahits the only reason why im still keeping my gaming desktop with windowsif i can just get rid of my "gaming pc" then thats perfect for me>inb4 just install linuxi already have linux on my chinkpad
>>107186089with those specs it should be less than $300
>>107186250also, rx 7400 (28 CUs), barely faster than a xbox series s at best case, the much faster base PS5 already struggles with plenty of titles feels like a repeat of the steam deck, fast enough to play most of the steam catalog on the lowest settings, heavy reliance on fsr will make everything look awful on desktops and big screens unless they force amd to deliver int8 fsr4 they still need to fix mesa anti-lag too, this thing will run heavily gpu bottlenecked on plenty of titles
>>107186137i am a mark. im getting the controller.but 2 of them. one so i can sell it for when they stop making them in half a day.
As an original Steam Controller enjoyer, definitely the new one.Couldn't care less about the other two.
>>107186577This. My SC1 is falling apart.
Move Xbox out, put steam machine in. Fuck MS and what they've done to the "Xbox experience".
>>107186270this. l00nix on steam deck is fine. if windows wants to play games fuck em. it looks like you can get work done with the steam machine so why not
>>107186064>>>/v/
>>107186306Valve will get a pass on this hardware, the cult surrounding them is too strong.
>>107186064I have a nice tower and a tablet with moonlight, don't need the cube or deck.Controller would be nice, Frame too only if it's under $700.
>>107186705They said "less than the index" so I'm going to go with $800
>>107186064I will get a frame and then wait for all the fucking accessories to make it actually good
>>107186577I wish i hadn't bought a controller 2 weeks ago, i'm hyped for this one.
>>107186064Good thing I hold off from buying a new controller considering the steam deck controls ergonomics were the best thing I handled in my life
steam frame seems like a really attractive proposition with the "stream from ur pc wirelessly" thing + ability to take it outside with its own mobile pc hardware
>>107186714It's a hard sell when you can get a quest 3 for $500 (or used for $300). I hate meta as much as the next guy but paying almost 2-3x for the competition is rough.I also haven't seen any word on battery life or hotswap batteries. Monochrome cameras, LCD displays, a camera expansion port but it seems you have to pay extra for good passthrough cameras. To me this screams "do everything to make it affordable" but idk if I'd consider $800 affordable.
>>107186064given that I already have a controller, a quest, a pc and a pc, I guess none
>>107186064i am poor
>>107186064>literally just copies the ouyaWhat did they mean by this?
