I applied to only about 10 government jobs or so. The rest were private sector. Both offers were from government jobs, but the other 3 interviews weren't. How do you guys maximize ratio of application to interview over time? My biggest hurdle is simply not getting it. Once I do, I have a 30/40% of getting the job.
