If you re-enter the opening cutscene room it replays the cutscene again, and it has no way of marking if you have talked to an NPC already or not. It's just basic dialog without any if then statements in the code at all. If the programmer of the game isn't going to bother with if then statements then they sure as hell aren't going to do more complicated coding to get the videos to play inside of the game. I may just end up making a spreadsheet to keep track of what characters/rounds are in which rooms so I can keep a checklist of what I have beat. Also the game does have a save system built in and the game even tells you to not be a pussy and save too often, but there doesn't actually seem to be a point to having a save file system as there is nothing to actually progress in the game. I also wish I knew what the point of having NPCs kick you out of a room if you try to go to stairs. Normally that would mean you can unlock it later, but again, there is no method of showing progress in this game. Reminds me of how Pokemon's gen 3 games had trees blocking a door and an NPC watching a tv that you could never get to.

Out of curiosity, what would you guys want to see in a more fully-featured fapland-style game? I've been working on one for a bit but I want to know what kinds of things people might want to see in something like that. When Bastevil was released I was a little disappointed with the repeat Mankitsu Happening round as Bastati removed the double time bits that I enjoyed so much on the original round from Era. It took me a few days of work, on and off (mostly off) for a couple of years, but finally I am able to release an edit of that round that includes my favorite parts from the round from Era and keeping the parts from Bastevil that were also more difficult than the Era round. The Bastevil round was supposed to be more difficult than the Era round, but due to the lack of Double Times I found it wasn't. The Double Times are back in as well as a couple other sections from Era where Bastevil would be giving you a break Era didn't. This will be more difficult than the Bastevil round. In the below MEGA link. there are downloads for just the round only, as well as Era with the editied round and Bastevil with the edited round. Bastevil is over 4 GB so you will need a paid MEGA account or MEGAsych (a free MEGA client) and a VPN. Or 2 days to download it without a VPN.The way I do it is, download 4 GB without VPN, then close MEGAsync completely (end task, as the X button doesn't actually close it) and then open my VPN, I use Windscribe Desktop client. One thing unique about it is that the animation is designed for the beats. When we edit, we take pre-existing source clips and speed them up or slow them down to the beat of the music. While I wish this had music, it still is unique in that the animation was created with it in mind to be like an FH. (As far as I know.) Although it is still a loop.
