Man some of these skeb rules are odd for commissions, since you absolutely cannot change or add further observations to the way your commission is drawn in case the artist accidentally distances the art from the description you gave. How accurate to your idea does the jap-drawn art tend to be? If it's inconsistent then i might prefer artists who know english since the words we exchange can be more concise at least.

For a character sheet I highly recommend getting someone you can actually talk with, specially if you are someone autistic about the details.It doesn't have to be someone amazing, just someone who can get the work done. Could even be just sketches and then get that one refined by a proper better artist. Check Fiverr, Twitter, Deviantart, Sketchmob, Artistsnclients, etc.

These character sheet skebs look so much nicer than the ones I see on like fiverr or artsnclients and they're reasonably priced too. The only trade off is not being able to communicate with the artist to fix and adjust details.
