The one on nyaa isn't even the english release at all.
The original game is RJ170185 I am your Guignol, became Wailing Guignol for the steam release.
If you don't know the story, I will summarize skipping some points, that company translating the games seems to be a newcomer, and their translations so far have been pretty poor as far as I know, but for Wailing Guignol specifically, there had been a better quality fan translation that the retard doing it decided to never release it (this was like 3 years ago).
Eventually this company released an english version that was pretty broken and had bad translation (all the april uploads named Wailing Guignol are this one), and said fan translator contacted them to somehow convince them to use his translation instead.
Somehow he succeded and they replaced their translation on steam with his at the beginning of June.
That is what has never been uploaded anywhere as far as I know.

And lastly I have gone over the files on that webpage you linked, it only has the uncensored images, doesn't contain any of the translation at all.

Honestly it’s the “norm” with h-games so it’s nothing special. The main difference between feMC and maleMC games is that feMC games are usually focused on just one girl, and she gets a ton of scenes as a result. Meanwhile most maleMC games give you a variety of girls to choose from.
However, it’s also pretty easy to get tired of feMC games because they’re usually very formulaic. Surely it's got nothing to do with the fact that game devs have been relying on toggling sprites on a 1/60th of a second basis to simulate a transparency effect for so long that you can hear retards who do their footage recording on 30 FPS (because they've head the bullshit about the human eye being unable to perceive 24 frames per second anyway, so 30 sounds aplenty) wondering on YT why sprites go in and out of view whenever this "toggling" happens instead of the "transparency" effect that they themselves see.

Now if you asked me why your game was set to 30 FPS - like I know. Some games allow you to set the display mode with the F1-12 keys, and maybe you hit one of them. Maybe your hardware is too shitty. Maybe you are on an unplugged laptop, which means that the OS's powersave mode kicks in, limiting your FPS from 60 to 30. Maybe you accidentally set your OS's powersave mode yourself (check your energy options). Maybe your driver is a piece of shit, and you have to add a manual FPS override for the game like I had to do for GTA IV.
