No, it depends on how you define good gameplay, in general or how it ties into the NTR context, if the second, pretty much 0, all authors are useless niggers, Spiral Legend is the closest with actual difficult RPG combat but you can easily grind, everything else is too easy dog shit, GEARS OF DRAGOON is similar and obviously bigger budget but the scenes themselves lack comparable quality even with actual art. Maybe Farming Life ~牛飼い少女とHな牧場生活~ had some, I don't remember, but the cow raising at least ties into the tournament gamble.
