Haven't tried it out myself but supposedly it makes it so that you can decide if certain players are allied with other ones - ie, district buddies won't end up killing each other if they're both set to 'ally'I doubt it was made for community projects cos you'd need to update your relationships with everyone either at the Reaping or while the roster is being formed. Maybe I'll try something like this next time
