Dads who actually manage to draw daily, how the fuck do you do it? I mean that more in a physical sense than mental. I was working 9-12 hour days in a typing intensive job for the last two weeks at work because someone on my team took a fucking two week vacation, and my wrist felt like it was being stabbed while on fire when I was drawing. My art lately has been BAD and I don't know what I should do. Do you use special creams? Wraps? Should I try CBD oil?

When I joined dad it was not a matter of "How the fuck do I do that" I was literally already painting everyday because this is a marathon not a sprint. A huge part about being able to draw/paint everyday is getting the correct information on the procedure of painting and drawing from a professional who has been doing it for over a decade and not from an Art school that does not give a shit about your health, such information as using your whole arm as a tool for painting and drawing, at times you will need to draw from the wrist and sometimes you will need to draw from your shoulder, elbow even the fingers. Drawing just from the wrist is a leftover habit from writing and wont transfer over well into doing art.
