What is you most favorite work of pixel art?
>>6009310fucking automated shit bot, go die
>>6009310When it is very detailed but very pixelated at the same time.I think your work is very unique abstract pixel art since people see different things so you're better off asking what abstract art people like. For example I showed my friend something in your thread I thought was a robot, they said them looked like a anime girl with pigtails. Pixel art relies on a ton of gorgeous detail so people are amazed they see something clearly with squares. Your art is abstract and relies of people being pleased with seeing what their mind comes up with in the scribbles while trying yo decipher if there is something there on purpose. The art pieces of yours people seem to like most is when you make it a gif that is still for a little too many seconds, and then it blinks. I try to check all your pieces to see if they blink and it makes me sad you hardly do it any more. I think your work would be really badass if you embraced that and tricked the viewer into thinking it isn't a gif until it suddenly moves in subtle ways. Like a dragon flicking a tail, blinking, chest rising and falling, evil smile on a monster. They aren't sure what they see until it moves and then it is clear and the realization they can tell what it is makes it really cool
>>6010470Shut your whore mouth. This is schizo anon a treasure of this board who is the only one who will actually make it because he actually draws.

is a bot spamming random scribbles in this thread? This is awful
>>6025685It’s an anon, not a bot
>>6025697oof, sad
>>6009310that one porn flash game, where you get an elf girl drunk, by sending your hand to her and dragging various drinks you grab along the waythen you get her into a room and start unpacking her while she sleeps, then you fuck herit looked great and was animated, not just cuts to different positionsi think she was that elf from Lodoss War, but i wont bet my head on ither clothes were similar, but the style she was drawn in was more moe than the anime
>>6009310made this for the last eva movie

There are certain constellation of pixels that can cause a bodily reaction
>>6028529nice man
Yes
>>6013476Dog looking a bit sussy and cute
>>6036365GOD FUCKING DAAAMN! I MUST KNOW HOW TO REACH THAT LEVEL!! Transferring fundamentals to pixel art is hard...
>>6045563Do they not just do the art normally and then run it through filters? I feel like in this scientific world we're in there's sites or programs that we'll pixelize a picture to look like PC-88 or whatever by chooswing the right color palette, crushing blacks a certain way, etc. Maybe not pixel combination, though, that can look like shit.
how do i block people on 4chan
>>6045597i think that it's possible that the main figure was done with a filter and then the artist polished the details to give a handmade pixel art look. personally, i don't think it's that unrealistic to make something like that in pixel art if you know how to do it and have patience and work bit by bit on it.
how do I block posters on 4chan
>>6026864sIt's Riesz from Seiken Densetsu 3.
Havent come on /ic/ in like half a year, and first thing I see is this nigger still going at it with these threads. God bless!
>>6045597No, not at all, you would definitely know if it was a filter. Mastering pixel art like in that image requires great knowledge and practice
I can't be the only one who actually likes the schizo scribbles right?
>>6028529Pretty cool
>>6036365Why does she have a 1/2-inch wide nose?
>>6055897I want to know what he uses to make the colored ones
I’d say something like this, I have to many individual works I like
>>6066682wow, would love to see all of the different FFT classes done in this style

>>6055897I enjoy them as well. Sometimes, his understanding of anatomy shows through the scribbles. I like the ones that blink after a while, though I wish he would try more movement than just blinking, it would be such a trip to see what he does.
How do I actually draw? In other tutorials there are usually activities you go through; I'm reading the Pixel Logic book and it's just telling me about outlines, and AA, but not what to do
>>6075078I'm an indie dev with only 5k followers - so take my advice with a grain of saltGo to spriters resourceFind some game sprites you likeTry to recreate themMake a sprite in that styleRinse and repeatIt helps if you are a gamedev or something - as making sprites for no purpose is sorta useless - making sprites for a game pushes you to draw things you wouldn't normally - like trees and buildings, or run cycles
