Reminder that brushes will not fix shitty art and most of everything you need is already in the app. Makig your own brushes is fine, but the last thing you need to be worried about as a beginner, with little foundation on how to apply them.

I have quite a few brushes on me, mainly Retro Supply ones, but what would be the best way to share em here? Mega is always an option but I always find that after a while, many of the Mega links I find for brushes have been taken down because of copyright stuff. >>6053472Not just in response to this, but the Comics MaxPack and Essential MaxPack are so excellent, I recommend them to everyone. They're the only "general" brush sets I actually use and recommend. They're big but not too big and so many of the tools are actually really good, as opposed to most other big packs where I'll consistently use or modify a few out of ~25 or whatever. Comics pack is especially key with good pencils, markers and pens. MaxU Mechanical Pencil, 2B Pencil, 9B Pencil, and markers are my go-to Procreate sketch brushes (even if I usually prefer CSP). The inks are very good as well. Many tools have grainy or different color-blending versions included. Get it now, find it in archived share threads or whatever.
