Pyw, and I'll tell you what you need to do.
It depends on what you're able to do rn.

apply the method to drawings of legs that you like, like the one on your pic rel, repeat repeat and repeat until you learn something new

Some more anatomy.
Muscles are all contrabalances to keep everything center, the curves will reflect that.

I think you could strengthen the poses by simplifying the shapes more and make it clearer where the line of action is in the drawing. This is just a first pass I did, but you could push it even further with more dramatic exaggeration. I come from an animation background so I find clarity of the action much more important than anatomical accuracy or little details, but with a strong foundational drawing you can go back and add details however you like, just make sure that figure feels good. For me, it's all about the gesture.

Garbage, misleading tutorial. "The shape" is actually the patella and the ligament. The bones are supposed to be so much bigger.

Left out talking about the fat pads, too...
I hate when teachers "simplify" anatomy. Tell me every last detail and THEN simplify it so I know wtf I'm looking at.

definitely look into "Force: dynamic life drawing for animators" by Michael Mattesi, I studied that In high school and it really helps to combine the aspects of gesture and anatomy into something understandable. Also if you want to study legs, its a great book.

here is an elaboration on my general thought process while drawing. If you mean the gesture line on the character on the left, Its more of a vague indication of a change in planes between the shapes defining the pelvis and the torso (pelvis is sideways, torso is more 3/4tth view). Also, the line doubles as a reminder to me for where to draw the viewer's eye with my finished line art; I like to draw in a way where the composition of a figure "explodes" out from one or two points on the figure. I do it for the same reason why I think gesture lines are important, they help the flow of the drawing. You don't have to draw or think that way, but in general every line should service the action of the drawing. Like I said, I'm an animator, so if you paint I'm sure there are some analogies you can draw there but it isn't my field of expertise lol.

btw, sorry for not really touching on legs which was OP's main concern, I left some blue lines in there showing how I think of basic leg shapes. Sexiness will come from knowing what a good leg should look like and I think that every leg follows this rule

learn muscular anatomy
the bones of the legs straight, however the muscles and flesh are what gives legs their curvy lines
