Learn to simplify, imply, and obfuscate features, especially eyebrows.Also you got a tendency of overdetailing the hair where you draw out every single strand, again not obfuscating those who lie in shadow. The basic rule is to sculpt detail strictly through light, and not shadow. Ruan Jia does this incredibly well especially in his sketches. It would benefit you to study those.Otherwise I think all your posts here are pretty good, keep grinding!
