I make short piano songs and put them on Youtube with an anime picture as the background.
Can the artist copyright claim the video, get it taken down, or do anything about it?

Additional question, what's the deal with the Japanese artists who say "do not share and do not repost" in the artwork description? Like, you're getting free advertisement retard.
