I'm going to redpill you guys. A good artist or an artist with potential is "drawing" even before he ever puts pencil to paper.

A good artist has the image at least 70% done in his mind already.

He doesn't draw -- he translates his mentally created picture onto his canvas.

Most anons will waste time studying "anatomy" or "construction" when they should be THINKING better. THINK about what you want to draw then TRANSLATE that onto the canvas. Stop wasting time on other useless methods.

Construction is mental illness yes BUT many old masters would develop their ideas on paper/cnavas/whatever before the main work, they would do sketches, studies, preliminary drawings before doing the main work. It's a process rather than just something that pops in your brain
