Commieblocks, what your opinion about these dicks of iron, do you have?
>>204777538Absolute shit. The only people who say they're comfy are poorfags or literal immigrants
>>204777538They're good, never lived in one tho
Better than the housing the government provides here
>>204777538the natural habitat of the slaveastern europe should be banned from building anything else
>>204777538a blight both aesthetically and socially, perhaps a one-time necessity but by no means an example of good living
>>204777538i love mine, it has gym, indoor pool, bakery and supermarket by walking 5 minutes. The laws to ensure acoustic insulation are very strict these days, so i don't even realise i have neighbors. Also, zero mosquitoes and home invaders.paradise on earth.
>>204777538I live in one. It's nice. Modernized, renovated and clean. Very thick walls, no sound from neighbors, very good heating and large elevator (fit my entire couch). And it's very cheap. I live in one of the tall ones (pic).
>>204777651and where does your wife invite your kids' friends to eat self-made pie outside and where do the kids repair bikes and where do you go to build your furniture?
>>204777701these buildings in general have party rooms with barbecues and/or pizza ovens, terraces with trees, lots of places to gather togheter
>>204777777Mother of checks
>>204777777HOLY FUCKING DIGITS
>>204777777witnessed
>>204777701>where do the kids repair bikes to the bike shop>and where do you go to build your furniturei don't build my furniture, i buy it, and people assemble it for me
>>204777777wasted
>>204777777Alri lets go 7s
>>204777777checkedI will now consider renting an apartment
What fascinates me is how two people who live in different apartments in the same building can have completely different lives.
>>204777820>i don't build my furniture
>>204777538I live in one. NEET life kek.
>>204777538imagine living in a fucking shoebox
should be limited by 5-7 floors with lots of greenery and recreation space in surrurounding areais the only and one way to house young people and get rid of landlord leeches, so all money youth saved from not having to rent anymore can be used for starting a family and raising a child.
>>204777934this doesn't look like the Ikea world I was sold
>>204777777I want to live in a br commieblock now, numbers confirm
>>204777983Sweden is commieblock land.
>>204777953imagine paying half of your income just to have a couple more useless rooms for rubbish at someones else house
>>204777953i live happily in one
>>204777973>all money youth saved from not having to rent anymore can be used for starting a family and raising a child.the problem is it seems women don't want to have kids unless they live in at least a 200 m2 house with a gardenI live in a flat that is 2-3 times as big as what other people my age live in and the world keeps implying this isn't good enough to raise kids in
>>2047779986 is the number of hell, 7 of heaven
>>204777538Meh, some are good and some are horrible. Grew up in one and I have lived in two others. Now Ilive in a normal apartment building, pic related but sometimes I miss the block.
>>204777538disgusting, the only good thing about them is that they make poor people feel miserable. as they should
>>204778010well, boomers own their houses by now but they still pay huge utility bills and refuse to downsize even after their kids move out and/or spouse dies. There are so many widows here living alone in 2-story houses with 3-4 bedrooms and bathrooms, also they can barely walk so all the other floors are useless.
>>204777604The architectural expression of the Slavic high culture yet unrealized at the time of SpenglerThe endless flat plane in building form
>>204778031imagine not being able to sit in your backyard half naked in the morning while enjoy some sunshine and drink a cup of coffee. Couldn't be me lmao
>>204777538Suffering. Having loud neighbors is hell and will drive you to the point of insanity where you might knock on their door and commit murder.
>>204777538not bad once they get renovated
>>204778458i do this lying on my balcony, i take sunlight surrounded by plants.also, my apartment is paid off for the equivalent of 4 years of work, I would never wageslave away for 20 years or more to pay for a house, never.
>>204778472you must have condominium rules, building managers, penalties, and noise laws, right?if your neighbor plays loud music, just call the manager, either the guy turns it down, or he pays a hefty fine.
I've never lived in a big building, just houses, how do people get big items like furniture into their rooms? I have always wondered, like do big couches fit in an elevator?
>>204778870CALL ACME
>>204778870Elevator if lucky. Or more likely, you carry it up the stairs.
>>204778870freight elevators, or disassembling shit.
>>204778870Elevators rarely fit anything larger than a dresser or single bed. If even that. You either call up some friends and carry shit all day up and down stairs or you do the sane thing and hire a moving company that does it for you. I moved with my brother, dad and two uncles once. Never again. I always hire a moving company now.
