The Roscoe walls are .135" at the thinnest and the 65's are .095" at the thinnest. Yes they can use different steel and different heat treats, but I can't imagine a 42% thicker wall from the same manufacturer can't handle .38+P when the thinner wall handles .357. The Roscoe is basically a Taurus 856 (functionally) with a 5 shot cylinder instead of a 6 shot and 856s are all +P rated. .38 +Ps are only 20k PSI anyhow. I'm done ranting now and off to buy a trench coat, fedora, and pack of smokes.

It's seen and holster wear and was dropped at least once. It's a no dash from probably '69.The lock up isn't rock solid, but I think it will be fine. You can feel it move but you don't see it. Half price range day is tomorrow, I'll try to go this week.
