Thinking about getting pic related as a bolt action rifle and to put on a muzzle for my Surefire SOCOM RC2. I don't want a stupid big and heavy scope, but I do want something with decent zoom and first focal plane. What should I be looking at? I haven't bought a scope in a few years, but I do like my Luepold's, Vortex's and Trijicon's. I have a Luepold Mark V HD 5-25 which from what I understand really is the gold standard, but I don't think I want the same thing with so much zoom.
