That it took until 2024 for some backwater countries to catch up is purely incidental.

>>62882950It's not that CIF doesn't have OCP, it's just that those soldiers haven't been to CIF to get it. Usually new soldiers get the new shit, and old soldiers keep the old shit until they are forced to turn it. Some commands are big on uniformity, and will send you to get new shit in the pattern. Others don't care as long as your gear works.
