The one-size fits all approach to military development has never worked out. Look at Armata, LCS, UCP camo, FCS MGV etc. I bet it would be cheaper to develop 3 individual stealth fighters for the three branches that desire them, instead of trying to shoehorn a VTOL concept into airforce service.

There is also the question of stealth even is worth it in 2024, if low RCS can be neglected in favour of superior jamming and EW.

It's pretty funny to me that they went nuts over the video of that dude losing a leg to a landmine because it was such a stark contrast to similar videos we've seen of Russians. That dude immediately triaged himself then crawled into a transport to be medevac'd, and survived. Not the own they thought it was

Seeing the rate of production of the SU-57, it's easy to estimate that at full war-time capacity, Russia would be able to produce one SU-75 every three years, by redirecting all non-essential ressources to this program.
An order of 12 would take them around 36 years to complete, and that's assuming the quality isn't total trash, like with the current state of the SU-57.

Holy shit /k/ has become way more retarded since 2022. The only real advantage the Rafale has is the Meteor missile, thanks to the R-77 and R-37 """hypersonic"""" missile being absolute shit. The plane's AESA sucks, it's a 4th gen design introduced 20 years too late with ugly canards. The stupid nationalistic drive to develop local airplanes is gonna kill europe, same goes with Sweden's Gripen retardness and the dogshit eurofighter, we could have a continent of F-35s if we weren't idiots. Too much Retard Cope Text so didn't read.
I already know what my answer is anyway.
What are the Electronic warfare Capabilites on the Rafale's Radar System?
Read this you uncultured Zigger swine :
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thales_Spectra

The Rafale can absolutely destroy the SU57 simply because the SU57 can't target the Rafale using it's Radar.
The EW suite of the Rafale is simply too advance for 3-Decades-in-the-past Russhit Tech.
The SU57 cannot lock on the Rafale, while the Rafale can lock on the SU57.
The only chance the SU57 can take down a Rafale is with a direct hit from it's canon, which is going to be hard, since the Rafale is just as good as the Russian piece of garbage in Aerobatics.

Do you even know what Radar the SU57 uses?
The N036 Byelka is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE compared to the French made Thales Spectra.

(You) clearly don't know what you're talking about.
Russians are using Garmin GPS for their frontline jet fighters.
You really think they're capable of locking onto a Rafale, that is made specifically to fuck with Russian Radars, denying them target acquisition while simultaneously acquiring them and shoooting them down with what is currently the longest range and most feared missile system in the fucking world?

Since we're citing wikipedia, read this you uncultured french swine:
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thales_RBE2#RBE2-AESA
They are PROUD about being able to lock a passenger plane at 200k, that is almost embarrassing. Compare that to the atleast 20 year old AN/APG-77, which can lock 1 m2 at 200 km. The smallest estimate for the RCS of a passenger plane (737-400) is around 1000 m2, the biggest estimate of the frontal RCS of an Su-57 is 5 m2 (russians claim 0.1 m2 which is retarded propaganda). Radar scales to the fourth root of the RCS, which gives an estimated lock-range of 63.2 km.

I agree from the bottom of my heart that the Byelka is shit, but I would be stunned if it somehow is worse than the tiny french radar, especially given its higher amount of T/Rs. You are also forgetting the EO system of the Felon, while a retarded RCS increasing addition to the plane it essentially lets it bypass the EWAR measures of the Rafale, especially given its reported range of 185 km (even assuming that the russians doubled it for propaganda effect it is still outside of the Rafales lock range).

The Meteor is a great missile, probably the best BVR one in the world, but putting it on a platform like the Rafale is fucking retarded. I'm not making a point that the 57 is good, I'm making a point that the Rafale is even more shit.

A single F-35 pilot could down an SU57 after 10 beers with a sidewinder.

Cherrypicking an experiement the French did in 2011?
HAHAHA, again you look like a fool.
The Rafale's Radar is indeed much superior to the SU57, as per EVERY RADAR EXPERT EVER.
Quoting from the same paragraph you quoted :
>Jamming and decoy resistance capabilities have been improved
Back in 2011.
>The RBE2-AESA also enables automatic terrain-following flight and presents the pilot with high-resolution mapping for identification, recalibration or designation of land and naval targets. In addition, its increased performance ensures better resistance to enemy jamming systems.
But we're not finished. We're still in the same paragrah you quoted to try and "own" me.
>This new type of antenna can also act as a radar warning system (RWR) and can even serve as a radio relay and transmit information to other devices in flight, thanks to a very high link speed.
Your shitty mostly-non-existant SU57 is trash compared to the Rafale.
Need more proof?

SU-57 RCS is measured to be anywhere from 0.1 to 1 square meter.
The F22 is 0.0001 m2
The F35 is 0.0015 m2
The Rafale is 1 m2.
Compared to the SU-57 being between 0.1 and 1m2, you're really not better than the Rafale, qs even the Radar Cross-section difference is not even big enough to really matter, when the Rafale Radar and EW suite are 10 000 years ahead of Russoid trash tech.

>Rafale is a 3 m2 plane there's nothing special about its visibility.
My bad, when I searched up the Rafale's RCS using search engines and AI search, the answer they gave me is a 1m RCS.
I mean, it's all very dependant on a lot of factors, but my point stands, that the Radar difference between Rafale and SU57 matters much more than the relatively small difference in RCS.

Furthermore, if the Rafale's EW Suite can simply 100% Cockblock (Lockblock? Kek), the SU57's Radar from locking onto the Rafale, while the Rafale doesn't have thjis problem, and can both Jam and Track the SU57 and shoot it down, al;l while making it impossible for the SU57 to shoot back.

>>62895608
>Its sales will drop off fast in the next few years because of the Su-75 and J-35 likely being 100x stealthier.
It doesn't really matter if you're stealthy or not, if the Rafale can detect the SU-57 and J35 first, before it is itself detected, and furthermore Block their Radar from working while still targeting and shootin,g them down, you're delusional if you think
>Rafale sales that are currently High are going to fall low

>SU57/J35 sales are non-existant but will soon skyrocket, Because glory to the CCP and the USS-Russia!
