Say you got a supercomputer feed it the personalities of the greatest generals in the world, history, military theory and loads of simulations, and the thing is a the level it can predict with accuracy how an enemy will respond and the computer can also keep track of unkwon variable(up to a point), so that its a crazy good at making military plans.
How far could you go in a war without buffing every other branch?

Wouldn't a halfway competent supercomputer recognize that the best way to improve its odds is to start buffing up the other branches?
What's the point if you have some strategic genius but you keep going "no, that's not allowed, give me a real answer" until it's forced to make stupid decisions in decision spaces no competent leader ever allowed themselves to get into?
