Basically just make it bigger. It's probably the size of a child's fist because it's made for malnourished 1800s Frenchmen
The biggest improvement I'd make is throwing it in the trash and carrying a real gun, a real knife, and a real set of brass knuckles

In what situation would you ever pull this out and punch with it, and then decide your best course of action is to unfold it to stab or shoot with?
That isn't going to be quicker than having a separate gun and knife and knuckleduster, or sap or whatever
At the very least, replace the knuckleduster grip with a solid beak grip, and accept that you don't punch with it folded but instead hammer fist with it held in a normal grip, which makes much more sense
