Odds are decent you've been in a vehicle with cast springs, whether they were the torsion springs in the suspension of an older car or truck, or the huge cast coils used for trains.

Cheap casting though, cheap casting is cheap, and very shit. Nobody trusts cast guns that aren't from a company that makes trustworthy cast guns, and that is a rare thing.
