Then there were some other frame issues in the last year or so, but those may be limited in scope. Modern production FN handguns are one of few firearms products I actively and totally avoid.

If you want to use a red dot or modern light (like any sane person would) then the FNX is the no brainer, HK doesn't accept normal light rails and you'd have to spend another 150 ish for a optic cut.The only thing I don't like about the FNX is the decocker and safety are in the same control so you could theoretically accidentally decock when you flick the safety off.They're both great and both rated for 45 super and high pressure loads, FNX has higher capacity.the HK's only pro is that it is literally unbreakable it would probably last multiple lifetimes.
