we could skirt the NFA entirely if we just didn't put bullets in cases.
think about it: ramsets are not considered firearms, and they shoot nails with blanks.
a gun that uses a blank case full of powder shooting a separate bullet would not meet the definition of any sort of firearm according to the NFA.

i cracked the code, you're welcome.

So you'd need a mag that feeds blanks and a separate mag that feeds to bullets.

Can't imagine the complexity of such a thing, if you want any kind of reliability and accuracy.

you could just have a normal mag with a divider in the middle.
put the blanks in the back and the bullets in the front. the feed lips will control them.

Anything with a chemical inside that causes an explosive esothermic reaction is classified as destructive device tho. They can still confiscate it.

a primer can't hold 4 oz of explosive so no, it's not a destructive device.
if your stupid and wrong opinion were true, cars would be destructive devices.

I always wondered why black powder machine guns weren't a thing, you'd think every home would have one for home defense at this point. Sure they'd foul quick but you only need so many shots to eviserate someone with .50 cal slugs.

But powder doesn't explode, it burns.

Single digit rounds fired quick.

My cucked eurofag country already makes guns using this principle. They make a regular revolver, drill out the cylinder as usual, but then they weld metal nuts into each chamber that only allows you to load in short blanks, then you have to manually load each bullet from the front of the cylinder, basically like a civil war revolver, then you're ready to shoot. They're completely unregulated and you can mail order them right to your doorstep You can get surprisingly good muzzle velocities depending on the kind of blanks you use, though the obvious problem is the slow reloading process,. Then again you can always carry two and just switch to the other once the first gat runs empty.

Chris and Snoop cracked this code 20 years ago

it's literally just a T-72 carousel

We could also skirt the nfa entirely with man portable directed energy weapons. It's not the bureau of alcohol, tobacco, and ionized gas.

just zap their eyes

that's why flamethrowers are unregulated.
also really flamethrowers are directed energy weapons, aren't they? you're shooting heat.

It's not brave to fight a battle you have no hope of winning, that's just being stupid.
