The more you mention your favorite hoagie/cheesesteak jawn, the more likely it is some food channel will feature it in some "best cheesesteak video" and it will get a ton of new business, and possibly have its quality go down as the owners look to maximize profits. At the very least, prices and wait time will go up. It's happened to more places than I can count.
There is little difference in quality of cheesesteaks/steak bombs north of Maryland. Simply go to Market Basket and you can even make your own at home 1:1
