some hierarchies always develop but we try to work to not have them. like, at first, me and gf were the ones who were the most in love, then my summer vacation ended and I had to spend a lot of time at work and then it was fiancee and gf who spent the most time together bc fiancee only worked part time and gf was on sick leave, then at some point it was mostly me and fiancee for a while bc gf went on a trip abroad, etc. but we usually just hang out together, everyone's equal, it's of course still just as much three separate relationships as it is one combined one, but we've become more and more symbiotic with one another as time has gone on. we each agree and disagree about stuff with one another pretty much equally.
