My face is normally pretty broad but when I pull down on this mf it my face slims up to potential twinkhon statusWill hrt shrink it and/or are there any other methods to make it smaller besides surgery?

>>43668777Botox can nuke it good but the soft tissue may not sit where you expect/want it to is the only thing, I find I look too saggy the first couple of months afterwards and then it looks alright for several months until it's mostly grown back again and looks too thick again. There's a sweet spot but you can only pass through it, not stay there. So I usually time it to look my best around the summer when I'm going out more.
