Most often you can use is 0.5g every 2-3 days.Dont do coke. Dont to crystal. Dont do crack. Dont do heroin/fent. Dont do poppers. Treat DMT with an extreme amount of caution - DMT can make you schizo figuratively and literally. Avoid alcohol, never use it alone. Never, ever, ever do experimental/research drugs. Bath salts are a good example - you'll die a humiliating death where you're belligerent and naked in the street before you have a heart attack. If youre gonna do something that kills you, at least maintain some dignity.MDMA, LSD are acceptable but in my experience can make you do life threatening shit/put you in a panic. Compared to shrooms, shrooms will keep you laid out on the floor and couch so your only real danger is your mind.
